Vision and health insurances can cover different aspects of your eye health care, and we accept both.

Health insurance typically covers or reduces your out-of-pocket costs on medical treatments and services. Vision insurance is used to discount, set the price, or wave fees on some preventative and routine services and eyewear, like eyeglasses and contact lenses.

We accept vision insurance plans from:

  • VSP®
  • EyeMed
  • Spectera
  • TRICARE
  • All major health insurance carriers

We unfortunately cannot accept Medicaid or health maintenance organization plans at this time.

Financing

CareCredit®

This program works like a credit card and allows you to pay for approved medical expenses in flexible, monthly installments. It is free and has no impact on your credit score for applying.

InstaMed

VisionQuest Eyecare uses the InstaMed Patient Portal, an easy and secure tool that you can use to pay your bill over time.

Use Your HSA, FSA

at VisionQuest Eyecare

Health savings accounts (HSA) and flex spending accounts (FSA) are benefits sometimes provided by your employer that allow you to use pre-tax money to cover qualified medical expenses.

HSAs and FSAs operate similarly, with one crucial difference: FSA funds generally expire at the end of the year, so if you don’t use them, you lose the funds. If you’re using an FSA, be sure to schedule your annual eye exam before your benefits expire.
